Camp Clementon is for students in grades K-6, who attend Clementon Elementary School.  This fee based program is designed for working parents

who need before and after school childcare.

Camp Clementon will continue to have time for Homework, Crafts, Games, Contests, and Movies throughout the month of June. The schedule will be more flexible to allow for more free time activities outside now that the weather is so enjoyable.

The Camp Clementon staff wishes you a save and enjoyable summer.

* Camp Clementon no longer provides breakfast for the morning program. Your child may purchase a breakfast during our morning program. The full breakfast price is $1.00 daily and the reduced price is $.30 daily. payment may be made daily, weekly or monthly by cash, check or money order. Please make checks or money orders out to Clementon Elementary School.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR:

Below you will find the monthly fee information. Starting in August, you will be required to pre-pay for Camp Clementon services. If your child starts Camp Clementon in September, you must pay this fee in August. Once school begins, your payment must be made by the first full week of each month, prior to your child attending Camp Clementon. All payments must be made at Camp Clementon in order to obtain a receipt.

Here are the payment and fee schedules for each month your child attends Camp Clementon.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All payments for the coming 2010-2011 school year must be paid one month in advance.

Child care will not be provided if payment is not paid in full, a month prior to service.

All payments are due, in full, the first week of each month.

September’s payment must be received by August 8, 2008.

Payments can be sent in the mail or dropped off at school August 4 – 8^th from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Camp Clementon operates according to the school calendar. The camp is open during school hours.

If school is closed for any reason (holiday, weather, etc), camp is closed.

Sessions take place as follows:

AM Session:               7:00 -8:30AM

PM Session:                3:15 -6:00 PM

Early Dismissal Days:  1:00 -6:00 PM

IMPORTANT DISMISSAL INFORMATION

In an effort to maintain safety and supervision for our students, Clementon School District will once again utilize Camp Clementon (Community Education’s after school child care program) to supervise students who are not picked up by 3:30 P.M.

The following procedures are currently effective and will be as follows:

Your child will be brought to Camp Clementon, which is held in the Multi-Purpose Room.
Parents will be charged $5.00 for every 10 minutes their child is late being picked up, beginning at 3:30 PM.
For the first offense in picking up a child late, in addition to incurring the fee(s) listed above, a warning will be given.
If there is a recurring pattern of lateness in picking up your child, in addition to incurring the fee(s) listed above, you will be required to attend a meeting with the administration to address the situation.
Only the parents/guardians and persons listed on the emergency card will be permitted to pick up the child from Camp Clementon. Identification will be requested.
You must sign out your child from Camp Clementon and complete a late pick up form.

Please note that this procedure will also be put into place if a child is not picked up following after school activities, up until 6:00 P.M.
