All support requests are to made via phone or e-mail to Matt Duffield, or made in-person at the Technology Office. Informal requests made in-person at a place other than the Technology Office will be resolved on a best-attempt basis, as requesting parties are dependent on the reliability of Mr. Duffield's memory. As this is not a scalable method of trouble ticket management, it is strongly recommended that all requests go through one of the channels specified above.
