          Summertis (sum’er’i’tis) -n., cannot function properly due to the desire to swim, play, and relax - is in full effect.  The end of the school year is here and it is time for some wonderful summer activities and fun in the sun.   I know you would love to keep up the great work, so below is a list of fabulous books to read and websites to visit over the summer.  I am sure you will find them stimulating and exciting.  Thank you students for a wonderful year; I am very proud of all of you.

Please take the time to practice any areas needing improvement with your child.  Websites provide a plethora of resources that can be utilized.  This will help prepare for sixth grade and keep the brain sharp.  Have a safe & healthy summer.  I look forward to seeing you next year!
