Parent Portal Information The Clementon School District's Parent Portal is ready for your online access. The Parent Portal was developed as a means to further promote educational excellence and to enhance communication with parents. The Portal allows parents and/or legal guardians to view their own child's school records anywhere, any time. Here you will find instant access to accurate, current and confidential information about your child (ren)'s school attendance, grades, class assignments and more! This will provide you with timely information and reduce the cost of labor, paper, and postage. There is no cost to you for this service! We look forward to continuing to enhance student success through quality communication between the Clementon School District and our families. In response for the privilege of accessing the Clementon Parent Portal, every parent is expected to act in a responsible, ethical and legal manner. The portal is available to every parent or legal guardian of a student enrolled in the Clementon School District. Step-parents, who are not the legal guardians, will not be able to access their step children's information from their accounts. Accounts can only be set up for natural parents or legal guardians. We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we strive to provide you with instant access to your child's information, while protecting the privacy of all students. The following information is available through the Portal: · Attendance · Grades · Missing Assignments · Report Cards · Progress Reports · Food Service Meals and Charges · School Activities · Contact Information · Student Schedules · Fines · Standardized Test Results (when available) To obtain an account user name and password, please complete the Parent Portal Acceptable Use Policy below and return to your child's homeroom teacher. A separate and secure user name and password for each of your children will be mailed to you at that time. If you requested your login information during the last school year, there is no need to re-apply. You may continue using the system for the new school year. |
